- Review, verify, and process invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and other vendor disbursements.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all required documentation is current.
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors and hotel teams regarding payment inquiries and account issues.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audit requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
- Support the Accounting Department with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous accounts payable, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality accounting experience is a plus but not required.
