ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acts as a key internal and external administrative contact for the region.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison with Corporate on a range of specified administrative issues as required.
  • Works under general supervision to address the daily needs of the business leadership team.
  • Event Planning:
    Coordinates event planning initiatives for the region, assisting with the organization of corporate gatherings, meetings, and regional events from start to finish.
  • Special Projects:
    Supports the business leadership team in the execution of special projects, tracking issues, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Meeting Preparation & Content Creation:
    Plans meetings, develops agendas, and creates meeting content, slide decks, and presentation materials for regional leadership.
  • Makes appointments, drafts, prepares, and distributes correspondence that may include internal communications, letters, contracts, and other related highly sensitive and confidential materials.
  • Coordinates and plans travel logistics, anticipating and securing travel arrangements and providing administrative expense management support (such as processing expense reports) as needed.
  • Maintains and organizes complex professional calendars to include travel, appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Assists with daily mailroom operations and processes, ensuring efficient distribution and coordination of mailroom functions.
  • Tracks and manages business supply inventory for the regional office, placing orders as needed.
  • Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
