Summary

We are looking for a qualified site safety manager torepresenthealth, safety, and environmental on our projects.

This individual shall be knowledgeable in federal, state, and client HSE standards.

The candidate should be able toprovidetechnical guidance to site supervision for hazard controls. They shall also dress and conduct themselves in a professional manner with the intent to ensure a safe and successful project completion.

  • Read and interpret standards for the applicability of our scope of work, which includes industrial welding, rigging, and machining processes.
  • Demonstrated the abilityof conductingrisk assessments and control solutions.
  • Work closely with site project supervision to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Make employee observations in the field for risk and behavioral assessments.
  • Coach employees in a positive manner.
  • Participate in customer meetings and walkdowns as directed.
  • Use a computer along with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs.
  • Conduct HSE training toemployeesas necessary.
  • Assistin completion and inspection of siterequiredHSE permits.
  • Adhere to all site and company rules, regulations, PPE requirements, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five (5) years site safetyexperience.
  • Documented OSHA 30-Hour, OSHA 510, and OSHA 500 completion cards.
  • Current First Aid / CPR / AED Certification.
  • Have clear communication ability both orally and written.
