Scheduler
Join our full‑time team located in Waterford, CT as a Scheduler responsible for performing all aspects of scheduling. You will create and maintain maintenance schedules with minimal supervision and may provide technical guidance to less experienced scheduling personnel.
Responsibilities- Provide support and guidance for site scheduling personnel.
- Work with Engineering, Construction, and Operational teams to develop detailed schedules and keep these schedules current.
- Assist with analyzing and auditing scheduling.
- Develop and/or modify project schedules and integrate multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
- Support proposal scheduling as needed and assist Project Teams as required.
- Experience working as a scheduler at a nuclear site.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
- Critical thinking skills and ability to independently solve problems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to focus on goals to attain defined end results.
- Thorough understanding of Primavera and Microsoft scheduling software.
- Basic knowledge of industry scheduling terminology.
- Computer proficiency certifications or equivalent education.
- Some college or post‑secondary education preferred, or a minimum of five years of related experience in a construction environment.
- Three or more years of experience in related scheduling assignments.
In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $66,000‑$175,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation; the final offer may vary based on experience, geographic location, and other factors.
