Waterford Public Schools has a position available for an Auditorium Coordinator for the school year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling of events between Rec and Parks, Waterford High School and other Waterford Public Schools events.
- Coordinate and ensure appropriate technical coverage for lighting, audio and visual needs for evening events at Waterford High School.
- If coverage cannot be secured from the established on-call list, the Auditorium Coordinator is expected to provide the necessary coverage and will be compensated at the applicable additional hourly rate.
- Monitor the condition and functionality of the equipment and report needs to the Director of Technology.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Current Waterford Public School’s employees are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior experience needed. Training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work evening and weekend hours.
This is a one year position.
Compensation$4,000 stipend.
