Job Opportunity in Aken (Elbe)

We are looking for dedicated employees (m/w/d) for special processes to join our teams in the brush area and final cleaning department with precision, diligence, and a sense of responsibility.

Your tasks

• Independent mechanical processing of components and component groups (brushing, lapping, and deburring) using the appropriate tools
• Independent operation and monitoring of cleaning and demagnetization equipment including media control
• Conducting residual dirt and field analyses and setting the predefined process parameters
• Conservation, packaging, laser labeling, and provision of components for downstream processes such as storage and assembly
• Quality-compliant production of form- and size-accurate components according to work documents and instructions
• Conducting quality controls on the manufactured components and recording and documenting measurement data
• Assisting in the resolution of errors or malfunctions in the production process

Your qualifications

• Completed vocational training in metal processing or a comparable field
• Solid skills in metal processing and subtractive manufacturing
• Secure handling of measurement technology and MS-Office applications
• Independent working style, team capability, quality awareness, and willingness to work in a shift system
