• Develop, implement, and maintain infection control policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular rounds to identify and address infection control risks.
• Provide education and training to staff on infection control best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement prevention and control measures.
• Monitor and report outbreaks and incidents of infection to senior management and relevant authorities.
• Conduct surveillance and trend analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in infection control.

• RN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Experience as an Infection Control Nurse.
• Strong knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
