ShiftMon‑Fri;
Part‑time, 30 hours per week (10‑hour shifts over 3 days)
Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Hartford Health Care East Region
Responsibilities- Provide value‑based care in an ambulatory setting
- Handle triage and outpatient management of oncology patients
- Conduct benign hematology visits and sick/urgent visits
- Deliver chemotherapy education and teaching visits
- Perform bone marrow aspirations
- Oversee infusion follow‑up appointments
- Provide ongoing survivorship care
Part‑time 30 hours per week, 10‑hour shifts over 3 days. Sites:
Norwich and Waterford practices in the East Region.

- Valid Connecticut license as Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
- Certification as PA or National Board certification as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
- Chemotherapy Biotherapy provider card
- Prior oncology experience as PA, NP, or RN preferred
