Yale New Haven Health is seeking an Outpatient Wound and Skin Resource Nurse to provide clinical oversight for wound care within the Center. Responsible for patient care across all ages, from assessment to evaluation, in alignment with our mission and values.
Qualifications include a BSN within three years of hire, a minimum of three years nursing experience with one year in wound care, and CT nursing licensure with BLS. Hyperbaric experience and outpatient wound care exposure are preferred.
