Quality Controller

For our location in Aken (Elbe), we are looking for a quality controller.

• Conducting quality inspections of mechanically processed components based on drawings and error catalogs
• Visual inspection of components (e.g., using a borescope) as well as checking for cleanliness and damage
• Operating and using measuring and testing instruments (e.g., ESZ 800, measuring stand, surface measuring device)
• Performing clearance and fit tests according to manufacturing drawings
• Documenting and evaluating measurement results as well as creating test reports
• Recording and evaluating deviations within the scope of quality inspections

• Completed vocational training in a metalworking profession
• Experience in the quality inspection of mechanical components is advantageous
• Basic knowledge in the use of measuring and testing instruments
• Solid skills in reading technical drawings
• Independent working style, team capability, quality awareness, and willingness to work in a shift system
