Assistant Store Manager

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, lead team members, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help manage staffing, training, inventory, merchandising, and cash handling while maintaining a safe, clean, and customer-focused store. Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, meet performance goals, and ensure excellent service for DIY and professional customers.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with daily store operations and staffing
• Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver excellent service
• Assist customers with parts lookup, product selection, and solutions
• Manage inventory, stocking, and merchandising standards
• Handle cash, deposits, and POS transactions accurately
• Help meet sales, profitability, and performance goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
