Overview
Deaconess IL Clinic is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (new graduate or experienced) to join our welcoming, community-based clinic. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a small, close-knit rural clinic while being fully supported by the resources, specialists, and stability of a large health system.
This position is ideal for a new graduate OR an experienced physician looking for strong support and true work-life balance with a 4-5 day work week.
Position Highlights- 100% outpatient practice

- Home call only with nurse triage support
- Optional inpatient or ER work if desired
- Compensation:
- Guaranteed 18-month base salary of $325,000
- Competitive, productivity-based compensation model (many providers exceed into the 90th percentile)
- $2,000 Residency Stipend
- Up to $90,000 loan repayment
- Generous sign-on bonus of $50,000 for 5-year or $36,000 for 3-year contract.
- $15,000 relocation allowance
- Quality bonus up to 2.5%
- Comprehensive Health & Wellness Package:Medical, vision, & dental insurance, plus life.
- Retirement Plans:Options include 401(k) and 457(b)
- Vacation Time:5 weeks of Paid Time Off plus 6 paid holidays
- CME Time & Stipend:5 CME days + $3,500 annual stipend
- Technology & Equipment Allowance:$750 computer allowance every 5 years
- Medical Malpractice Insurance:Provided by employer
- Licensing and Certification:Covers DEA, state license, board certification, and maintenance fees
- J-1 Visa Support:We welcome and support J-1 candidates

Responsibilities- Provide outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate closely with physicians and APPs
