The Resident Assistant, reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, supports residents in maintaining their dignity, independence, and overall quality of life by providing personal care assistance, companionship, and encouragement in daily activities. This position plays a vital role in promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents through compassionate care, effective communication, and proactive engagement in community life. Resident Assistants work closely with the care team to monitor health status, support individualized care plans, and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment.
