Assist and provide direction to residents regarding personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, etc.);
Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and respond proactively;
Take and record vital signs and monitor food and fluid intake as directed;
Transport residents and assist with walking, turning, or repositioning as needed;
Assist with bed linens, laundry, housekeeping, dining assistance, and resident activities;
Encourage and assist residents to participate in activities and engage with families and staff
