Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Accounts Receivable/ Collections
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for various functions efficiently while also providing accounting support to the Plant Controller. These responsibilities could include payroll, time & attendance, and/or cost/yield/inventory clerk duties. Additionally, you may oversee employee supply processes and assist in various plant management tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Assist plant supervision with daily and weekly time and attendance activities using UKG Pro and SAP Payroll.
- Monitor plant time analytics in UKG Pro, ensuring adherence to corporate policies.
- Provide training to new supervisors on payroll processes as necessary.
- Address Team Members' payroll questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Complete AskHR/Box Office tickets as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Plant Controller.
- Assist the Controller with plant variance information for upload into SAP.
- Provide support to the plant management team, including monitoring processes in production areas.
- Assist in self-audits of critical processes as determined by corporate accounting.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as records retention, entering PO receiving in SAP/Coupa, and supporting HR with plant activities.
- Manage employee supply processes, including inventory and ordering of office supplies, and employee sales.
- Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
- Must be available one Saturday a month to support closing duties.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. - Experience:
3+ years office experience required; 3+ years payroll experience preferred. - Computer
Skills:
Requires basic computer skills including using a Tyson Business Computer System as well as Microsoft Office & Excel, SAP Preferred. - Communication
Skills:
Requires written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of management. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities, evaluating results, and coordinating with others. Assignments are defined and the approach to be taken is usually determined in coordination with others. - Travel:

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Saturdays/Overtime coverage as needed
