Accounting Clerk

This role offers a blend of accounting, payroll, and administrative responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a key contributor to day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

+ Enter vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable.

+ Process weekly payroll, including regular and overtime hours.

+ Support payroll tax reporting, garnishments, and related documentation.

+ Maintain accurate financial and payroll records.

+ Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries.

+ Provide general administrative support and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

+ Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or AP.

+ Quick Books experience strongly preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

+ Ability to work independently and solve problems.

+ Professional communication and customer service skills.

+ Someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
