• Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Review invoice coding and approvals
• Prepare and support check runs and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
• Assist with month-end accounting activities
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Support process improvement initiatives within accounts payable
