Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk
Job Summary
The position is responsible for validating deductions and coding in SAP systems while maintaining appropriate approvals. The candidate works alongside the management team to perform assigned tasks, report findings, keep inventories organized, consolidate weekly inventory, update weekly P&L based on inventory completion and corporate input, and maintain accurate records of packaging inventory and usage. Cross‑training across multiple departmental positions is required.
ScheduleMonday – Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm;
Saturdays/Overtime coverage as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of office experience (Accounting experience preferred).
- Basic computer skills, including generating simple spreadsheets and Microsoft Office programs; knowledge of Tyson Systems and SAP preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; data entry experience.
