Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant with EPI, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support services across various functions of the agency. This position involves dynamic responsibilities that adapt to the evolving needs of the department and organization.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acknowledging the importance of being the first impression for the agency.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, including routing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Deliver accurate and efficient secretarial and clerical services, organizations contracting services from the agency.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the office, ensuring that the building's doors are unlocked and locked appropriately during office hours.
  • Assist with mail distribution, including routing inter-office mail and posting/transportation of mail to the post office.
  • May assist with committee and board meetings including scheduling, coordinating, taking minutes and creating and delivering accurate reports.
  • Perform a variety of administrative support services and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of related post-high school education or experience
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, good driving record, and current vehicle insurance coverage, which meet the specified requirements of EPI’s Driving Policy.
  • Ability to pass extensive background checks including but not limited to criminal, abuse and Medicaid exclusion.
Details

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This role requires on-site attendance and may work across various offices within the immediate area.
