What You'll Do

• Keep daily office operations running smoothly and efficiently
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and office purchases
• Coordinate technology needs, software accounts, and basic IT troubleshooting
• Oversee employee records, benefits administration, and time-off requests
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements
• Support attorneys and staff by proactively identifying and solving issues before they become problems
