Assistant Manager

Get Air Trampoline Park in Waterloo is looking for an Assistant General Park Manager to lead a team creating safe, healthy, and fun family experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

• Assist in managing all park operations.
• Assist in managing and training employees.
• Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators to increase park profitability.
• Clean and maintain equipment and the building.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Handle customer service issues.
• Help control park expenses.
• Reach out to community members to market the business.

• One or more years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong decision‑making, oral and written communication, conflict management, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and some major holidays.

• Earn up to $23/hour ($16.00 – $19.00/hour base rate plus tips, bonuses, and commissions).
