Woodruff Construction is seeking applicants who are reliable, hard‑working team players to immediately fill open construction labor positions in Waterloo, IA. Woodruff has an in‑house training program for candidates who show the desire to learn and develop new skills. This position will perform a variety of duties such as:

• Earthwork and excavations
• Place and finish concrete
• Erect framework for structures
• Install ceilings and walls
• Weld
• Signal operators
• Additional construction‑related tasks, as assigned
