As the Order Resolution Specialist at Crescent Electric, you will serve as a liaison via telephone and email to provide product and services information and support to customers. In this role, you will resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency, such as complaints, order issues, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and more.
Primary Duties- Ensure and lead excellent service standards, maintaining high customer satisfaction across all entities.
- Resolve all issues brought forward by the ordering team, including but not limited to freight rates, balances due, invoice retrieval, backorder communications, correct total/refund calculations, and manufacturer issue escalation.
- Troubleshoot general issues, customer concerns, and problematic situations.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to obtain accurate ETAs and, when necessary, elevate unresolved issues to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, including 3 years of data entry experience.
- Proficiency with computers and Internet tools, including email, messaging, and information gathering. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader) is helpful.
- Commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and flexibility to adapt to occasional routine changes.
- Ability to operate under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet both short‑term and long‑term deadlines.
- Ability to stay abreast of company policies, products, and services.
- Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less) and color vision, with the ability to adjust focus as needed.
