Overview:

We're looking for a dependable and customer-focused professional to support a quickly growing team on second shift. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and is committed to delivering responsive, high-quality service.

What You'll Do:

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, providing timely and professional support

+ Gather and verify accurate information while maintaining attention to detail

+ Communicate clearly with internal teams to coordinate next steps and ensure smooth service delivery

+ Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all interactions

+ Handle sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and empathy

+ Prioritize multiple requests while staying organized and responsive

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

+ Previous customer service, call center, or client-facing experience

+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

+ High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

+ Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-focused

+ Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or data entry systems
