Customer Service Specialist (Weekend Shift – High-Impact Role)
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday | 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You'll Do- Serve as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls, inquiries, and urgent requests
- Ask thoughtful, strategic questions to quickly assess situations and determine next steps
- Guide individuals through processes with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
- Coordinate and communicate with internal team members to ensure seamless service
- Maintain accurate documentation and updates in real time
- Stay composed and solutions-focused in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations
