Mercy One Waterloo Medical Center
Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour call coverage for ER and post-op patients.

• Perform ENT-related surgeries and support clinic volume.

• Coverage for established patients, ED, and consults.
  Required Procedures:

• Basic ENT clinic care

• Basic surgeries such as tubes and tonsils

• Nasopharyngeal scopes

• Biopsies

• Direct laryngoscopies.
  EMR System:
  Epic
  Support Staff: 2:1 nursing support, 2:1 ancillary staff
  Days Per Month: 7
  On-Call/Weekends: 24/7 call coverage, ideal 2 weeks back-to-back

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified - REQUIRED

• Active IA License or Active IMLC - REQUIRED (Must upload LOQ at time of name clear)

• Fellowship Trained (ENT) - REQUIRED

• Must be experienced - REQUIRED (5 years or greater would be ideal)
