• Full-time, permanent

  - Adult Reconstructive Surgery - Physician Waterloo, IA
• Efficient, well-supported clinic
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Call coverage with work/life balance
• 204 bed Hospital, Level 3 trauma center with established Hospitalist Team
• 12 bed ICU with intensivist
• Support from a full range of dedicated specialists and subspecialists
• Excellent OR access with experienced staff
• Ambulatory surgery center for outpatient procedures available
• Onsite Physical therapy, full-scale diagnostic laboratory, and imaging services including MRI and CT
• Fully integrated system with clinic and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
Responsibilities:
• Rewarding mix between outpatient, inpatient, and surgery
• Flexible work week-with built in surgery days at hospital and ASC
• General Orthopedic surgery with opportunity to build in sub-specialty interests
• Full range of clinical services include fracture management, total hips & knees, upper & lower extremities, trigger finger & carpal tunnel release
• In office procedures include injections, casting, suture removal, fluid withdraw from joint
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

Qualifications:
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States
