The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Pediatrician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Waterloo, Iowa
!

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Role Details:- Clinic
Hours:
Mon, Tues, Fri 8am-5pm & Wed, Thur 8am-8pm; schedule flexible within clinic hours with 1 evening per week; light call schedule with 1:7 nights/weekends - Sees on average 12-18 patients per day
- Provider team includes: 1 pediatrician & 3 pediatric nurse practitioners
- EHR: Ochin Epic
- Student Loan Repayment Programs: Eligible for $50,000 in student loan repayment in exchange for 2 years of service through federal programs
- Competitive Salary
: starting around $227,778+ depending upon experience with quarterly production incentives available - Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided.
- Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available.

Education:
Reimbursement provided. - Paid Time Off: 16 days PTO per year, 7 days sick leave, and 7 paid holidays(+2 floating holidays)

Requirements- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school and completion of residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa
