Territory and travel
Primary focus:
Iowa Regional coverage: IA, MN, MOTravel: ~50% with paid travel time (not a national road-warrior position)
What you’ll do Install, commission, and service CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
Execute preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues at the source.
Resolve customer concerns and provide timely sales support when needed.
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
Represent Ellison Technologies with integrity and professionalism.
Own your cases/projects; document work comprehensively in customer records and technical files.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
Demonstrated experience installing, maintaining, or repairing CNC machine tools (machining and turning).Depth in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting.
Strong customer service, communication, and follow-through.
