Title: Part-Time Student - Quality Engineer - Waterloo, IA - 119814

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the order fulfillment process to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met consistently.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure that products meet established quality standards and customer requirements throughout the production and delivery processes.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including manufacturing, operations, and supplier quality, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

What Skills You Need:

  • Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering; others may apply.
  • Registered as a full‑time student at a local U.S. accredited university.
  • Graduation date of May 2028 or later.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
  • Available to work during 16–20 hours per week during the academic year.
  • Available to work during the summer semester 35–40 hours per week.
  • Must be able to commute to the work location as needed. Relocation assistance is not provided.
