Job Description
The Field Service Engineering Technician provides technical support and report writing for Field Service technicians to ensure repairs meet TPI and OEM standards. Acts as the primary contact for field technicians and supervisors on engineering issues and communicates with customer engineering teams regarding conditions, repairs, and reports. Supports the maintenance and development of procedures with guidance from senior staff.
Position Duties and Responsibilities
Who We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in an engineering field and 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
- Understanding of engineering concepts, ability to interpret prints and drawings.
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, and to perform under deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- This is a remote role with up to 20% travel; must have a valid US driver’s license.
