• Plan, coordinate, and manage multi-disciplinary facility and maintenance projects.
• Review hot work requests and red-tag safety processes.
• Develop engineering designs for facility infrastructure, production equipment, and processes using internal and external resources.
• Lead project management efforts for facility, equipment, and process-related initiatives supporting manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure systems and production equipment to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct life safety, building code analysis, and support initiatives to minimize workplace risks and hazards.
• Support environmental, safety, ergonomic, and health compliance programs:
  Special focus on Emergency Notification Systems (ENS), FM Global coordination, and IT/network-related projects.
• Support engineering and installation of non-mobile material handling systems.
• Identify and source qualified vendors for materials, equipment, and services while ensuring cost-effective procurement.

• Proven experience in project management.
• Cross-functional expertise in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or Maintenance Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple trades and contractors.
• 3+ years of experience with building infrastructure systems (mechanical, electrical, structural).
• Strong understanding of engineering principles in manufacturing environments
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and mid-level management.
