The Ticket Writer will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY- Answer all guests’ questions to the best of your knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner
- Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to guests.
- Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
- Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
- Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
