Branch Coordinator

The Branch Coordinator role is a consultative position that ensures high service standards and onsite operational excellence are adhered to in their branch for new and existing products, services, and systems. By supporting both customers and staff, this role strengthens relationships, improves efficiency, and reinforces the branch's commitment to trust, responsiveness, and community connection.

The Branch Coordinator performs branch functions such as running a cash drawer, opening accounts, and assisting the onboarding of new employees.

Responsible for day-to-day research and resolution of problems/issues for branch staff, including Manager and Assistant Manager.

Works directly with the Retail Operations team to ensure the branch is performing all necessary operational/regulatory functions.

Assist with operational and technical questions and escalate as needed.

Assist Retail Leadership in creating, implementing, and monitoring processes and controls to mitigate risk.

Assist with completion of compliance review, regulatory audits, and new account reviews.

Review, approve, and process morning reports and escalate any items that need additional review.

Assist in the onboarding of new employees to the bank. Work with Branch Manager to provide guidance on systems, processes, and procedures to create a better new employee experience.

Assist with the monitoring of changes and new regulatory requirements to ensure that LSB's policies and procedures are compliant.

Monitor training reports to ensure all branch staff have required compliance training completed on time and with understanding.

Processes customer transactions with accuracy and professionalism, while maintaining and keeping a high level of customer service.

Greets customers and provide a welcoming, top-notch customer service experience.

Answers and routes telephone calls if unable to assist the customer, identifies customer needs and refers to the appropriate products or services, takes messages, provides information and directs calls to appropriate staff.

Responds to client inquiries regarding interest rates, service charges and account histories while complying with disclosure requirements, regulations and consumer privacy policies.

Refer clients for additional retail and bank services. Embraces and promotes the use of Salesforce and LSB
360.

Accurately balances teller drawer, vault, coin machine and ATM.

Bundles and scans appropriate work through the Branch Capture System.

Acts in accordance with all LSB regulatory policies and procedures.

Core system expert.

Complies with internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies.

Represents Lincoln Savings Bank professionally in conduct, communication, and appearance while performing all job-related duties.

Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Position may require occasional company-related travel; a valid driver's license is required.

Necessary Skills and Attributes:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ years of Retail banking or operations experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to stay organized, track progress, maintain priorities and communicate issues and status effectively

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Self-motivated and a willingness to take ownership of projects

Team player

Occasionally lift and/or move items over 10 pounds without reasonable accommodation

Proven track record of referring clients to all business lines while meeting or exceeding sales goals

Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgement in decision-making and higher-level problem-solving

Highly effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
