• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations and/or regions.
• Demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: assess, outcomes identification/solutions, plan, implement, evaluate.
• Act independently within license scope and practice knowledge.
• Retain accountability for delegation, choices, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to quality and improvement practices.
• Exhibit agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
• Embrace new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum 18 months recent clinical experience for Med‑Surg, Tele, PCU.
• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED, and Behavioral Health.
• Required credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS, PALS via American Heart Association.
