Position: Representative, Patient Access I -- Waterloo- Part-time - Days
Trinity Health - 3421 West 9th Street - Responsibilities:
Gathers patient demographic and financial information.;
Answers telephone, bed assignments made, stat cleans ordered and appropriate communication to house supervisor.;
Informs patient of hospital regulations, secures armband and obtains signatures on appropriate documents.;
Makes determinations regarding need for hospital issued Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN waiver).;
Assures patient escorted/transported to assigned area. Meet and greet patients as registration process begins.
