Local Radius Rule: 50 miles; 10% bill rate reduction if within radius.
Unit Details: 16–20 scans/day | Scrubs: any color
EMR: EPIC | NBO: 16 hrs
Pay & Multipliers:
OT/Holiday: 1.15x
Call Back: 1.5x (2-hr minimum)
On Call: $9/hr
Charge/Precept: $6/hr
Billable OT:
36–40 hrs/week → OT after 40 hrs
