Job Details
- American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel
- State license/certification verification required within 30 days of start

Job Requirements
- Contract duration: 23 weeks (interpreted from value 23)
- Work schedule:
Monday through Thursday - Shift hours: 2000 hrs to 0600 hrs (8 PM to 6 AM)
Schedule Information
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccine booster (Sept 2025) or declination/exemption required
- MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer required
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required prior to start
- Influenza vaccine proof or declination required for flu season 10/1/2024-4/30/2025
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required
- Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required
- Physical/Health Statement documenting fitness to work within last year required
