Position: Referral Specialist - Waterloo Medical Center - Full Time
Trinity Health - 3421 West 9th Street - Responsibilities:
Coordinate, process, and track patient referrals, authorizations, and scheduling with accuracy and attention to detail.;
Verify insurance coverage, obtain prior authorizations, and communicate approval/denial to patients.;
Schedule patient appointments with appropriate specialists and providers, ensuring timely communication of appointment details.;
Work directly with patients, families, insurance representatives, physicians, and vendors to facilitate the referral process.;
Demonstrate Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in decisions and actions.
