LVN/LPN Position

Location:

Waterloo, IA 50703

Duration: 13 Weeks contract

Shift: Days; 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs./week| Every other including holiday rotation

Pay Break up (Weekly for 48 hours):

W2 Pay (Taxable): $16.83 per hour

Housing and Meal Allowance (Non-Taxable): $1162 per week

Overtime Rate: $42.26 per hour (calculated as W2 pay x 2.51 = $16.83 x 2.51)

Total Weekly Gross with Overtime: $2173.15

Job Summary:

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process.

EMR - EPIC

Submission Requirements:

• 2+ years of Med Surg experience – Required.
• Tele Strip Reading experience strongly encouraged
• May be asked to float internally to other Units within skillset
• References - highly preferred (if not provided, will be required to complete during onboarding if candidate accepts an offer)

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

State License Requirements:

• Iowa
