Faith & Family Care Inc. is seeking individuals to become host home providers. In this role, you would open your home to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, providing care and support to help them meet their goals and live as independently as possible.
You’ll offer daily supervision and care, prepare meals, and help with transportation to work, appointments, or activities. You’ll also assist the individual in building skills and friendships within your family setting.
