Mercy One Northeast Iowa is seeking a Part-time Spiritual Care professional for weekend coverage in Waterloo, IA. The role focuses on providing spiritual care to patients, residents, families, and staff while collaborating with the healthcare team.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Theology, Religion, or Spiritual Care, and 1–3 years of Spiritual Care experience, with CPE training preferred. BCC is strongly preferred and 4 ACPE units are expected within 2 years of hire.
