UnityPoint Health is seeking an Experience Specialist/Receptionist for our Sports Medicine - UMP clinics. You are the first to greet patients, handle check-in/check-out, scheduling, and basic insurance questions, while delivering compassionate customer service.
In this role you will guide patients to appropriate departments, answer phones, and maintain accurate EMR records. Previous healthcare reception experience is preferred; high school diploma required. Full-time with benefits.
