Play an essential role in keeping clinical teams fully supplied and ready to deliver care asa Supply Technician II. In this position, you will ensure timely replenishment of supply areas, manage PAR levels, and order supplies using the organization’s ERP system. You’ll also print labels, stock specialty carts, and respond quickly to STAT requests. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and energized by supporting frontline healthcare operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities- EnsureaccurateandtimelyPAR level counts whilemonitoringusage trends and reporting variances.
- Identify opportunities to improve PAR efficiency, including inventory levels, organization, and item adjustments.
- Use system tools tolocateproducts, document supply requests, and communicate needs or discrepancies to Inventory Control.
- Maintainaccurateinventory records, including processing credits andidentifyingout-of-stock items to ensure supply continuity.
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory throughout designated areas.
- Replenish crash carts and specialty carts, ensuring readiness, accuracy, and compliance with department standards.
- Inspect carts, prioritize distribution needs, and communicate issuesimpactingavailability or workflow.
- SupportequipmentPAR monitoring and distribution processes, ensuringtimelyissuance and delivery.
- Properly tag and route equipment for repair whilemaintainingorganized tracking and documentation to support efficient supply chain operations and patient care readiness.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Two (2) or more years of healthcare or inventory experience is preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasonsrequired.
- Auto Insurancerequiredwhen driving a personal vehicle.
