International Risk Analytics Manager – Indaiatuba/SP

Job

• Coordinate with international credit operations leaders to identify opportunities and business needs, prioritize team activities, and ensure execution in support of agreed upon objectives and schedules.
• Participate in business partner meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to capture business objectives and prioritize opportunities.
• Investigate potential areas of concern and communicate results of analysis to senior management.
• Lead the team as they build, test, deploy, and manage credit scoring models, auto‑decision strategies, and other risk assessment techniques to help manage portfolio risk and drive efficiency through automated credit decisions.
• Work with IT and Operations staff to establish requirements, determine needs, and build risk management data infrastructure.
• Work with data‑management tools to query complex relational databases.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects for International Risk Analytics that may include new system implementations and the evaluation and deployment of new business processes.
• Work in an interactive environment with the support of a team of data scientists, catalysts, analytics engineers, and business intelligence analysts distributed across multiple countries.

• An excellent communicator who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment.
• Strong (fluent) written and oral English language capabilities.
• Experience writing moderately complex queries to analyze data sets using languages such as SAS, Python, SQL, R, etc.
• Experience developing statistically‑based predictive models for use in credit risk or financial applications.
• Experience performing statistical analysis of moderately complex structured and unstructured data from multiple sources that may not have common identifiers.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects.
• Experience working with Agile teams, Scrum teams, or Product teams.
