As a Reliability Business Analyst for JD Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will:

• Develop and maintain quality analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities across JDPS.
• Integrate customer, warranty, manufacturing, supplier, and engineering data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Generate actionable insights that enable proactive quality management and support business decision-making.
• Partner with Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Factory Quality, Customer Support, and Reliability Engineering teams to address quality challenges through data-driven solutions.
• Develop leading indicators, predictive analytics, and automation tools to improve visibility to emerging quality risks.
• Drive quality data governance, metric standardization, and continuous improvement of analytical capabilities.
• Communicate complex analyses and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation initiatives that strengthen JDPS quality systems, processes, and organizational capability.

• Experience analyzing complex data sets and developing actionable insights.
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Experience applying data-driven approaches to quality, reliability, manufacturing, or product development challenges

• Advanced analytics and data science expertise with experience in AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, and automation.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect customer, product, factory, and supplier data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Experience leading digital transformation and influencing strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Coursework or experience in analytics, quality, reliability, machine learning, or data science is desirable.
