We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support maintenance operations within a manufacturing/plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prioritize maintenance requests and coordinate work with skilled trades and maintenance technicians.
- Manage and track maintenance work orders.
- Coordinate parts, tools, drawings, and equipment required for maintenance jobs.
- Source spare/repair parts, obtain quotes, and support purchase-order activities.
- Monitor MRO and spare-parts inventory.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and reports.
- Support equipment reliability, machine uptime, and facility maintenance initiatives.
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, production, and vendor teams.
- Maintenance planning/scheduling in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Preventive maintenance and work-order management.
- CMMS experience.
- MRO/spare-parts inventory.
- Parts purchasing and vendor coordination.
- Production or facility equipment maintenance knowledge.
- Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
- Onsite only (no remote)
- Business casual dress code
- Will need metatarsal safety boots for first day
- This is a shop floor position so candidates must be comfortable in this environment
- ~80% time spent on feet within the factory.
