Job Purpose and Requirements
The Hospital Operations Coordinator is responsible for the leadership on all daily operations within the hospital in the absence of the Operations Manager – Hospital. They are also responsible for delivering on the established metrics within the contracted agreement, and assisting in the team building of the ASSET
360 FTEs.
- Work with HQC to ensure equipment is functioning at the highest standards. Assist in the oversight of equipment flow while redirecting and allocating resources. Maintain necessary inventory of equipment, productivity, supplies, and support structure to ensure an effective Asset Management Program.
- Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement, implementing appropriate actions clearly and professionally.
- Understanding of the existing contract between the company and the customer, including ability to facilitate this document.
- Supervise HST personnel, including training, performance reviews, corrective action plans, reporting requirements, and career development.
- Manage staffing schedules based on equipment volume, fostering cooperation among shifts and maintaining a positive team approach focused on staff retention.
- Facilitate, educate, and deliver the HST training manual for each employee.
- Provide ongoing supervision of all HST personnel in daily operations, coaching staff in problem‑solving, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Work with Operations Manager – Hospital to develop career path opportunities for all FTEs.
- Lead HST personnel in training and education of ASSET
360 policies, procedures, and best practices, including use of InCare. - Assist with completion of daily tasks such as patient rounds, equipment deliveries, and cleaning processes as necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical or management experience.
