A day in this role Start your shift by reviewing the production schedule and batch records to confirm raw materials and the required sequence of addition. You’ll prepare and clean reactors following GMP procedures, verify all containers inside and out prior to filling, and gear up with the correct PPE. Throughout the run, you’ll blend liquid chemicals, filter product to spec, and package into non‑bulk containers.
You’ll also handle bulk transfers—inspecting tank trucks, connecting properly, and completing documentation per SOP. Between jobs, you’ll keep your area orderly, perform weekly inspections and logs, and submit service requests in Maximo for any equipment that needs attention.
What you’ll do Inspect containers and packaging components before fill; follow container inspection and filling SOPs.Clean and prep reactors and associated equipment per GMP cleaning and recordkeeping procedures.
Use prescribed PPE and follow the Production Worksheet and related certifications.
Blend, filter, and package liquid products while meeting all quality requirements.
Maintain a safe, clean production environment; complete area housekeeping and weekly checklists, including filter and other log entries.
Inspect tank trucks prior to loading/unloading; follow bulk loading/unloading and railcar unloading SOPs; verify paperwork before any transfer.
Confirm correct raw materials and addition order against the batch record and schedule.
Clean totes per procedure; document product service, testing, and status in the Prism tote tracking system.
Review required training in Catalyst weekly; attend all scheduled training.
Support Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence by delivering quality products and service to internal and external customers.
Participate in Emergency Response Team activities and required RCRA, regulatory, health & safety, and process training.
Open Maximo service requests for any equipment needing repair.
Perform duties per applicable SOPs and other tasks assigned by leadership.

Monday–Thursday, 8:00 pm–6:30 am3rd Shift (12-hour):
Monday–Wednesday and every other Thursday, 6:00 pm–6:00 am Weekend Days:
Friday–Sunday, 6:00 am–6:00 pmReporting
This position reports to the Production Supervisor.
What you bring
High school diploma or equivalent (required).2+ years in chemical processing or a comparable manufacturing environment (preferred).Basic computer literacy, including MS Office.
Clear written and verbal communication in English with strong interpersonal skills.
Background in Food & Beverage manufacturing, Lean principles, GMP, and general manufacturing practices is a plus.
Compliance:
