Warehouse Forklift Operator

Position Summary

Material Handler – Waterloo, Iowa. Weekly pay at $20.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products; tote induction; staging of products and loading/unloading trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during the core shift hour of production.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a diverse environment.
• High degree of initiative and accuracy, even under pressure.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
• Ability to lift or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Work health and safety methods and availability for flexible schedule across shifts.
